Why is it so hard to convict the guilty

We have two Democratic senators in Nevada. All I hear or read is Sen. Harr Reid has already said, “He will vote for acquittal.” The trial has not even started – he is open minded? Bipartisan?

Both have said, “He’s (Clinton) is guilty – should not be convicted – but censured.”

If we know someone is guilty – why is it so hard to convict? I hope the senators can answer that with their conscience.

Here’s hoping everyone will watch the voting at the trial’s end – if there is one.
