Harveys Casino Resorts owns three properties in addition to its part-ownership in the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas.

Harveys Resort Hotel/Casino at Lake Tahoe, founded in 1944 by Harvey and Llewellyn Gross, is the flagship property of the corporation.

It features 740 rooms, eight restaurants and an 88,000-square-foot gaming area.

Harveys Wagon Wheel Hotel/Casino in Central City, Colo., opened Dec. 2, 1994. The western-theme casino was the first Harveys property outside Lake Tahoe.

The Wagon Wheel has 118 rooms, a 220-seat coffee shop and 40,000 square feet of casino space.

Harveys Casino Hotel in Council Bluffs, Iowa, opened Jan. 1, 1996 on the Kanesville Queen, Harveys’ first riverboat casino.

The 1,700-passenger riverboat features 23,500 square feet of casino space on two decks.

The Kanesville Queen is connected by an enclosed promenade to Harveys’ 251-room hotel and conference center which opened later the same year.

Plans to build a Harveys casino in Salisbury Beach, Mass., were put on hold when the Massachusetts legislature in May, 1997 declined to legalize gaming in the state.
