Parking garage re-opens at Horizon, suspicious luggage empty

Authorities re-opened the parking garage at Horizon Casino Resort parking garage at about 3 p.m. today, after members of the Tahoe-Douglas Bomb Squad determined a suspicious garment bag left unattended in the garage was empty.

The garment bag was the third suspicious piece of luggage found at Stateline casino property in the past week, said Tahoe-Douglas Fire District Assistant
