Pet grooming to benefit Christmas Cheer

For the 18th year, Alpine Animal Hospital is offering holiday nail trims for pets through Dec. 31 to benefit Christmas Cheer.

Last year, the event generated more than $1,500 for the nonprofit food distribution center.

From 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, the hospital at 921 Emerald Bay Road will offer nail trims for pets for the reduced price of $18. All proceeds will go directly to Christmas Cheer.
