Preliminary hearing set in Lawson case
Lawson is charged with one count of attempted murder and seven counts of battery with a deadly weapon resulting in substantial bodily harm in the shooting of James McGeehan. The altercation occurred outside the victim’s Kingsbury Grade home Feb. 6. The incident allegedly was the result of a road-rage incident that occurred Super Bowl Sunday.
McGeehan remains in fair condition at Washoe Medical Center.
