Project Gabriel helps expectant mothers

The angel Gabriel came to Mary and told her she was “Blessed among all women” and that she would bear a son. She was not married and was frightened, but she joyously accepted the news.

Are you pregnant and in need of assistance? Project Gabriel is an outreach program that aids women in crisis pregnancy situations. This interdenominational organization offers support to a women who chooses to keep her child by means of financial aid, clothing, shelter, medical assistance, baby items and referral sources.

The group is located at St. Theresa Catholic Church and works directly with the Pregnancy Assistance Center. For more information call Moe Leonard at (530) 542-2119 or Lynn Barnett at (530) 577-5141.
