Provided to the Tribune

The Lake Tahoe Writing Club will present the original radio play “What’s the Beef with Wellington?” murder mystery dinner Saturday at the Valhalla Grand Hall. So, put on a flapper dress or a pin-striped suit for the audience interactive Gatsby Murder Mystery Dinner.

Dinner will be served and drinks poured at 6 p.m. The radio play will begin at 7:30 p.m., complete with a Foley artist supplying all the needed sound effects. Who is the killer? Could it be the crazy inventor son? Could it be the sheltered daughter? Could it be the orphaned maid? Or could it be the highly trustworthy gardener? Come and find out.

Tickets are $45. For additional information and tickets call April Sutton, director of performance events, at (530) 541-4975 or (530) 416-0337 or e-mail Valhalla is located three miles northeast of South Lake Tahoe on Highway 89.
