Raffle benefits Bailey Johnson

The raffle of an Adirondak chair and ottoman, sponsored by Loyal Order of the Moose 1632, Women of the Moose and High Sierra Furniture Co., raised $2,516 for 21/2-year-old Bailey Johnson who is undergoing treatment for neuroblastoma.

The chair and ottoman, donated by Craig Adams and Joyce Robison of High Sierra Furniture Co. and valued at $263, were won by Jon Hashimoto of South Lake Tahoe, owner of Jon the Plumber.

The fund-raiser is one of several taking place in the community to benefit Bailey, who is the son of Ron and Kelly Johnson and the grandson of Tim and Christy Smith.
