Recreation survey started by Eldorado National Forest

Starting Tuesday, Eldorado National Forest employees will be asking some visitors to answer survey questions.

Opinions and comments will be collected throughout the year and be used to make Eldorado better fit the recreational needs of visitors.

Employees collecting information will wear a bright-orange vest and be nearby a sign that reads “Voluntary Recreation Survey Ahead.” They will be posted at campgrounds and along forest roads.

The survey work is part of an effort to improve public forests across the nation.
