Registration still open for dog agility class

Over, under, around and through are the commands being given when the new Agility Class for dogs which began April 3 at the South Lake Tahoe Recreation Complex, 1180 Rufus Allen Blvd. The last day for participants to register is April 5.

Owners and dogs will learn the necessary basics to enjoy the exciting dog sport of Agility. Dogs will learn distant controls and directional hand signals to work their way through the agility courses. Handlers will participate with introductions to various equipment and getting your dog started off on the right paw to become part of dog world’s most fun and exciting sport. All sizes and types of dogs are welcome.

Dogs must be at least 5 months of age and have had basic companion type training. Registration prior to class is required. Contact SLT Recreation Complex at (530) 542-6056 to reserve a spot for Spot.
