Relay for Life meets tonight

“Relay for Life” will meet from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Kahle Community Park.

Relay for Life needs you if:

You are a cancer survivor; have a relative who is a survivor; have lost a spouse to cancer; have lost a child to cancer; have lost a parent to cancer; have lost a grandparent to cancer; have lost another family member to cancer; have lost a friend to cancer.

If you are not one of the above, Relay for Life needs you. We are turning our sorrows into celebration and converting our loss into action. We have put faces and voices on this disease. We know we will make a difference, and we will continue to make a difference. We have all been affected by cancer and we are doing something about it. Be part of South Lake Tahoe’s first “Relay for Life” July 22 and 23 at Kahle Park. Our goal is a cancer-free world. “Relay for Life” helps us remember to always keep the flame of hope burning in our heart.
