Senator Bryan will visit Zephyr Cove

Zephyr Cove residents interested in meeting Nevada Sen. Richard Bryan will have the opportunity next week.

Bryan announced yesterday that, as part of his 10th annual rural tour of Nevada, he will hold a town hall meeting Aug. 11 in Zephyr Cove.

“I always look forward to traveling to Zephyr Cove,” Bryan said. “Town hall meetings allow me the opportunity to hear from residents about the issues that matter to them.”

During the August Congressional recess each year, Bryan spends the month traveling throughout rural Nevada. This year he plans to travel more than 1,000 miles, visiting more than 20 communities.

The Aug. 11 town hall meeting is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. at the Tahoe Douglas Senior Center on U.S. Highway 50 and Warrior Way.
