Everyone is invited to a potluck at 5:30 p.m. Friday with a discussion on “What Challenges Have You Had After 50 – and How Have You Coped With them?” led by Judith Greco-Gregory, Ph.D., and Christopher Cromwell, B.A.

Greco-Gregory is the adult services program coordinator of El Dorado County Mental Health Services and Cromwell is a mental health worker.

They will be joined by Linda Cromwell, BSN, PHN, who is an El Dorado County public health nurse, and will respond to medically oriented questions. They will also give information about resources for seniors. The event will be at the South Lake Tahoe Senior Center, 3050 Lake Tahoe Blvd.

Greco-Gregory has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, an M.A. in education/counseling and guidance, and a B.A. in human biology from Stanford University.

Cromwell has a B.A. in clinical and counseling psychology, a minor in deaf education and a multiple subject teaching credential.

Those who are coming to the potluck are asked to bring a favorite food dish (salads are popular now) for six or more people, and their own plate and utensils. Members who attend are eligible to win a $25 door prize. There will be a cash raffle, in which members and guests are invited to participate.

For more information call Arline at (775) 588-6997 or the senior center at (530) 542-6094.
