Senior citizen driver safety class to be offered at Kahle Community Center
An AARP driver safety class for senior citizens is sponsored by, and will be held at the Kahle Community Center on May 9, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required. There is a $15 class fee for AARP members and a $20 class fee for non-AARP-members. Fees cover workbook and material costs and are payable at the start of the class. Irvine “Irv” Phillips will be the class instructor. Those who complete the class should receive an auto insurance discount for three years. Participants should bring a pen or a pencil.
