Senior Plaza celebrates opening
The Tahoe Senior Plaza, the Tahoe Basin’s first affordable housing complex for senior citizens, is hosting a grand opening Friday.
The Plaza, funded by the city of South Lake Tahoe and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, is at 1101 Third St., South Lake Tahoe. Refreshments and tours will be from 2 to 4:30 p.m.
