Sept. 11 service at American Legion

American Legion Post 795 will remember Sept. 11, 2001, with a memorial service on Patriot Day. The service will begin at 2 p.m. Sept. 11 in the parking lot of the Post, 2748 Lake Tahoe Blvd.

The public is invited to attend and honor the firefighters and police officers who died Sept. 11, 2001, as well as all honor the military men and women. Cake and coffee will be served following the service.
