Single car crash injures 2 in South Lake Tahoe
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. — A single vehicle crash Monday evening injured two, including one being airlifted by helicopter to Reno.

The crash happened at about 5 p.m. near Ski Run Blvd and U.S. Highway 50/Lake Tahoe Blvd. The vehicle, an SUV, ended up in the bushes next to Red Hut Cafe.
The driver was taken by ambulance to Barton Memorial Hospital while the passenger, who South Lake Tahoe police officials say was unconscious, was airlifted to Renown Regional Medical Center.
The crash is under investigation.
