SLT Senior Center hosting fire safety potluck Friday night

Everyone is invited to a potluck with speakers on fire safety Friday, July 10 at South Lake Tahoe Senior Center. The program is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m.

Enjoy sharing good food, socializing and hearing South Lake Tahoe Fire Department speakers captain Tyler Jack and Engineer Justin Keys discuss fire safety. Those attending the potluck, which begins at 5:15 p.m., are asked to bring their own plates, utensils and either a salad, fruit, a side dish or dessert for six to eight people.

The main dishes will be hot dogs and hamburgers prepared by Carol Olivas. Please call Arline June Gordon at (530) 545-1277 to discuss what you will bring, so we can have a variety of food. The event is at the South Lake Tahoe Senior Center, located at 3050 Lake Tahoe Blvd. Guests are welcome and everyone can win cash raffle prizes.
