Sierra-at-Tahoe employee Jamie Cola-Bersamina, Sierra snowboard shop employee, has been selected as the winner in the Roxy Design-a- Snowboard Contest.

Roxy is going to design snowboards using Cola-Bersamina’s graphics. The company flew her out to Park City to announce her as the winner of the contest. She won a trip for two to Park City Dec. 16 through 18 that included two nights lodging, two days lift tickets and an invitation to the Roxy Chicken Jam and after party.

Her board design may be viewed at art2/jcola/dandy. She used a dandelion as the main design and incorporated the Roxy symbol throughout. Cola-Bersamina has worked in Sierra’s snowboard rental shop for three years and also recently painted a mural on the wall of the new restaurant, the Happy Hippie. She has a degree in art new media and enjoys painting and drawing in her spare time.
