Spaghetti dinner at Meyers school

Meyers Elementary School fifth-grade class will host its annual Valentine spaghetti dinner, raffle and silent auction from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 13 in the school’s multipurpose room. A DJ will entertain throughout the evening’s festivities and face painting will be available.

The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children 9 and under. Tickets are available at Sunsational Tans and Meyers Elementary School. Only a limited number of tickets will be available, so they should be purchased early. All proceeds will go toward the Meyers fifth-grade end-of-year class trip to the Marine Science Institute in Redwood City, Calif., and Coyote Point Environmental Museum in San Mateo, Calif.

The raffle and silent auction donations are coming in every day. Among the prizes donated are tree services, restaurants, dental services, beauty salons, ski shops, grocery stores, pizza, coffee, lodging, videos, art supplies building supplies, car washes, flowers and sleigh and carriage rides.
