Meyers 5th annual Outdoor Gear Swap set for Sunday

Get new and used outdoor gear at the Meyers Ski Swap.
Provided / Meyers Community Fund

If you’re in need of new summer or winter outdoor gear or want to ditch your old gear, head down the 5th annual Meyers Outdoor Gear Swap.

The swap, hosted by the Meyers Community Foundation (MCF), will take place Oct. 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Westgate Center parking lot next to Divided Sky.

People interested can sell their new or slightly used outdoor toys including, but not limited to, paddles, camping equipment, or skis. MCF does ask that people don’t sell gear older than five years old.

The cost is a $1 fee per item plus 20 percent of the selling price. The 20 percent will go to MCF while net proceeds will go to the restoring and improving the Meyers Holiday Tree.

For information visit meyerscommunityfoundation.org and Facebook.com/Meyers Community, or call Brian Levy, 530-545-9941, or Rene Brejc, 530-545-0340.
