SunSquabi plays Friday in the Crown Room at Crystal Bay Club Casino

Get ready to get funky this weekend with SunSquabi and special guest Michal Menert.

At 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, they will take over The Crown Room at The Crystal Bay Club Casino.

SunSquabi’s shows have been described by concert-goers as a “Hydro Funk Experience.”

This Colorado-based band combines jam band music and electronic dance with rhythm funk for a diverse show.

SunSquabi intertwines a variety of musical genres in an avant-garde musical experience.

Their most recent album “Instinct” was released in January 2019.

This live-electronic band is comprised of Kevin Donohue on the guitar and keys along with Josh Fairman on bass and Chris Anderson on drums.

They will be performing with Michal Menert, an electronic music producer who worked with the popular electronic band “Pretty Lights.”

There will be a free after party with The Higgs, a Los Angeles-based jam band.

The show is for ages 21 and older.

Tickets range from $18-23.
