Workouts are scheduled from 5-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday in the school’s weight room. All student athletes, including incoming freshmen, are strongly encouraged to attend.

Participants must park or be dropped off at the school’s lower parking lot. A coach will be present to lead the student athletes through the construction zones. Players should wear tennis shoes and bring a pair of cleats.
