Summer school at STHS is for bulldozers

Tribune

South Tahoe High School will be closed this week as trenches and bulldozers line the front of the building for the summer modernization project.

The closure means students must go to the Lake Tahoe Unified School District office for their needs.

Registration forms can be obtained or dropped off in addition to packages and physical forms for fall athletes. Homework for advance-placement students should be dropped off at the district office.

An update on the closure will arrive Aug. 15 when it will be determined whether or not the public can access the front office without safety concerns.

Lake Tahoe Unified School District office is located on the corner of Lake Tahoe and Al Tahoe boulevards.
