Stand-up paddleboard racers get down to Regan Beach Wednesday for the grand finale of the weekly Wednesday Night SUP Race Series. The festivities kick off at 1:30 p.m. and will include a bounce house, face painting, SUP Expo, free SUP lessons, board demos, product raffles, a SUP board give-away, merchandise sales, food and a beer and wine garden. Race registration opens at 5:15 p.m. and the 2.5-mile race will kick off at 6:30 p.m. There will also be the usual four-person team relay and drag races. There is a $20 race entry fee, which includes dinner and a raffle ticket. Board rentals will cost $15. Wednesday’s grand finale marks the end of a second successful season for South Tahoe Standup Paddle’s weekly race series.
