Tahoe Women’s Services in partnership with North Tahoe Arts is calling for artwork (all mediums) for the March 2006 Corison Gallery show. This special presentation will encompass themes celebrating women including: “International V-Day, WW II Comfort Women, International Women’s Day and breaking the cycle of violence.”

All applications and artwork are to be submitted to North Tahoe Arts by Jan. 31.

Tahoe Women’s Services will be premiering its annual “Vagina Monologue” shows during the first weekend in March and are asking that artists also consider donating a piece of art for a silent auction to be held in conjunction with the performances.

For more information and applications contact North Tahoe Arts at (530) 581-2787.
