SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Tahoe resident and author Roger Huff plans to donate a portion of the sales of his latest book “Journey of the Lost Princess” to nonprofits that support military service members and their families.

“Journey of the Lost Princess” focuses on a woman who left the small town she grew up in to work in the big city. Pursuing a successful business career demands so much time, and she is forced to be content with listening to others’ tales about visits to exotic places. During a long-overdue vacation to Florida, she discovers a cryptic message about a secret to the universe, sheds some pent-up inhibitions, and is strangely attracted to a gold bar from a sunken Spanish treasure galleon. Curiosity eventually leads her to Machu Picchu, the mysterious Lost City of the Incas. She is searching for excitement, but she isn’t prepared for what she encounters there.

Huff is also the author of ” Captain Bucko’s Onboard Cruising Guide to Lake Tahoe.”

Proceeds from the book will benefit the Armed Services YMCA, Fisher House Foundation, Homes of our Troops, Paws for Purple Hearts and the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. The book can be purchased directly from the publisher at http://www.iUniverse.com, through all major bookstores, or online from http://www.barnesandnoble.com and http://www.amazon.com.
