TAHOE TODAY: See you in my dreams
A question from a reader:- Aloha Dayle, I need an answer to my dream. On March 25, my husband’s brother in-law passed away from cancer. I was with him at Barton for two weeks until he had to be transferred to a skilled nursing center in Auburn. After he passed, I helped his roommate and his sisters clean out his studio and storage shed. A few days later he came into my dream and he was at his studio and I was there and I asked him what he was doing. He said, “I am going back into my place.” I said, “No, Ron, you need to go the other way now;” and he said, “Oh, OK,” and he was gone. Then, all of a sudden my dad, who has passed, was there and I asked what he was doing and he said he was just checking on me, then he was gone. Now, a few nights ago, Ron was back in my dream and we were at his studio and storage unit and he was so mad that we had gotten rid of everything! I told him we needed to because you need to go over to the other side now, and I could tell he was getting more upset, and I said, “Now you really need to go” and I got out of my dream. Can you tell me if he is over on there other side now? Any advice would be so appreciated.
Thank you so much.
Dreams are wonderful, I have been visited from many friends and relatives from the other side and, let me tell you, when it happens it feels so real and wonderful it’s as if they never passed. Well, let me tell you, Kathy, there is a very fine line and veil of passing of the doorway to the other side, each and everyone of us can make contact if we wish to do so in the dream state or while we are awake merely by paying attention to messages we get just walking around town.
Whether it be a dream or in real life, Ron has not faced the fact that he has passed on. He can move about freely in the dream state, which leads me to belief in his mind he thinks he is dreaming and will awake soon. When he enters your dreams, he can speak freely to you so, in his mind, everything is fine – he is alive and wondering why you are messing with his stuff. This is what I believe.
We humans like order to our everyday life. There are many times while going through the motions, rituals of our daily life make us feel secure and your husband’s brother-in-law did not want things touched in his storage and, I say this loosely, his stuff meant a lot to him. He must realize that he is no longer in the physical. That can be a problem sometimes and I believe there was some unfinished business in Ron’s life before he departed, it could be something that meant something very special to him that you gave away.
Kathy, the only way he will go to the light is by you finding the answer to why he is Earthbound.
Before you sleep, ask Ron what was so important about his things, ask if you can help him. He will answer you in the dream state. Make sure you always keep a pencil and paper by your bedside, unlock the problem and he will cross over to the light.
