Teach Fido good manners

Provided to the Tribune

Dog obedience classes are available for people who need help in establishing good conduct and curbing bad habits in their pets.

Instructor Guy Yeaman uses a light-handed approach to help teach dogs to obey the commands heel, sit, stand and recall. Each dog needs a choke chain and fabric or leather lead.

Dogs must be at least 4 months old and current on their shots. Results are guaranteed.

Classes will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. each Friday for six weeks June 29 through Aug. 10 at Alpine Animal Hospital, 924 Emerald Bay Road.

The cost is $75 for the six-week session.

For more information call Guy Yeaman at (775) 265-4530.
