The Texas musician plays the lakefront summer music series Thursday, July 7.

Placerville multi-instrumentalist Patrick Walsh opens the event at 4:30 p.m.

“This is an exciting week with two veteran performers that received rave reviews the last time they took the Live a Lakeview stage,” said Leslie Schultz of On Course Events in a press release for the show.

“Both Randy McAllister and Patrick Walsh are incredibly talented artists that will perform on a variety of instruments. It’s going to be electrifying to watch and dance on the beach to!”

Happy hour will take place in the Live at Lakeview beer garden until 5 p.m. Proceeds from the beer garden will continue to support South Tahoe BMX Association.

Live at Lakeview runs every Thursday through Aug. 25 and includes art on the beach, a variety of local merchants, food, beer, views of Lake Tahoe and amphitheater-style seating.

Parking near the venue is limited and additional parking is available at the South Lake Tahoe Recreation Center at 1601 Rufus Allen Blvd. A complimentary bike valet service is offered every week and biking and carpooling is strongly encouraged.

Lakeview Commons is located at the corner of Lakeview Avenue and U.S. Highway 50 in South Lake Tahoe.
