‘The Crucible’ presented at community college

Provided to the Tribune

Witch hunts repeat throughout history. One of the most famous, the Salem Witch Trials, was immortalized in Arthur Miller’s Tony-award- winning play “The Crucible.” Lake Tahoe Community College is repeating its own theatrical history this fall in bringing Miller’s “Crucible” to the stage once again.

The LTCC production will be presented at 8 p.m. Nov. 17-19 in the Duke Theater. There will be a 2 p.m. Sunday matinee on Nov. 20. Tickets are $7 general admission, $5 seniors and children, $4 for LTCC student body cardholders. Tickets may be purchased at the theater box office, or call (530) 541-4660, Ext. 207 for information. The college is located at One College Drive.
