A Las Vegas band will bring a wide variety of styles to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe’s Vinyl venue Saturday night.

The Beatles, Weezer, Bob Marley, Sublime, Thin Lizzy, Metallica, Radiohead, Bon Jovi and Steely Dan are all counted among the influences of the Garage Boys, which formed in 2007 and has toured around the country.

“They play regularly on the Las Vegas Strip in places such as Harrah’s Carnival Court, Diablo’s Cantina and the House of Blues,” according to the group’s online biography. “Their combined technical skills and extensive experience allows them to cover a wide range of bands from the 60s to today. A sample of their covers include Jimi Hendrix, Rolling Stones, Queen, Cheap Trick, Tom Petty, Bob Seger, Kings of Leon, INXS, The Clash, Brian Adams, STP and Green Day, just to name a few. They challenge their audiences with song request to stump them. They engage their audiences and keep them wanting to party all night long.”

The group released its second album, “Sgt. Peckers,” in June 2015.

“It is their most bipolar to date, and that’s the way they want it,” according to the bio. “The Garage Boys are not interested in forming a generic sound where every track is the same as the last. One song will be glam-rock, reggae the next, and another will be old school classic country rock … the way bands used to do it.”

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe is located at 50 U.S. Highway 50 in Stateline.
