Thomas B. Gray

Thomas B. Gray, 87, passed away on Sept. 25, 2006, in Carson City, Nev. Thomas was born on Feb. 3, 1919, in Jerome, Ariz. He graduated from Jerome High School in 1935.

Thomas was married to Adna Burdeen Gray on Nov. 15, 1942, in Fresno, Calif. He was a Sgt. Major in the Army Air Force from 1940 to 1945 in World War II.

Thomas lived in Reno for 10 years and South Lake Tahoe for 26 years. He was a 32nd degree Mason.



Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, William J. Gray Sr. and Pearl O’Bryan Gray; sister Phyllis Powell; and brother William J. Gray Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Adna Burdeen Gray of Carson City; son Thomas B. Gray, Jr. of Windsor, Calif.; son and daughter-in-law Mark B. Gray and Sandra S. Gray of Carson City; daughter and son-in-law Janet Gray Yamaoka and Cliff Yamaoka of Santa Clara, Calif.; two step-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.



A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Donations can be made to the charitable organization of your choice.
