Today’s weather: Cold with snowshowers possible, warming by Thursday
After a very cold start this morning temperatures are forecast to rise into the mid to upper 30s around the lake under partly cloudy skies and light winds.
A weak frontal system will bring increasing clouds later today with a chance of light snow showers or flurries tonight into early Wednesday. Lows tonight are forecast to drop into the teens under mostly cloudy skies.
Little change in temperatures are forecast for Wednesday with highs in the mid to upper 30s under partly cloudy skies and southwest winds 10 to 20 mph.
Higher pressure aloft with a jet stream retreating north in the Pacific Northwest will bring even milder temperatures later in the week. High temperatures should climb in the lower 40s by Thursday and upper 40s in the coming weekend.
