A pair of reggae-influence acts will bring their mellow vibes to Lake Tahoe’s South Shore this week.

Southern California’s Tommorows Bad Seeds and Sacramento’s Arden Park Roots play Whiskey Dick’s Saloon this Wednesday, March 23.

Tommorows Bad Seeds formed in 2004 and plays a mix of reggae, rock and pop.

“Their live show provides a high-energy performance that will have you craving more,” according to the band’s online biography. “Snce the band’s inception, they have shared the stage with the likes of UB40, 311, Pennywise, Smashing Pumpkins, The Wailers, and Fishbone, to name a few.

“We come with versatility because we come from such a melting pot of music here in the Greater Los Angeles Area,” said singer Moises Juarez in the bio. “We don’t really fit into a ‘genre;’ our sound is best described as an attitude a blend of everything, with something for everyone!”

Sacramento’s Arden Park Roots plays a combination of surf rock and reggae.

“Arden Park Roots has become a common name in the huge California rock/reggae scene, a scene rapidly spreading all over the country,” according to the group’s online biography. “It is evident as their tours continue to get longer and fan base and venues get larger.”

Tickets to the show are $13 in advance and $15 at the door.

Whiskey Dick’s Saloon is located at 2660 Lake Tahoe Blvd.
