Seven of the 16 counts involve residential burglary. Only one, providing false information to a police officer, is a misdemeanor.
A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 8 at 8 a.m. at El Dorado County Superior Court. An anticipated six-day trial is slated for Oct. 18.
Spicer was arrested in April. His bail at El Dorado County Jail is $75,000.
