Twice Baked Potatoes

6 russet potatoes

3 pats of butter

3 Tbsp. sour cream



1 tsp. salt & pepper

1 tsp. ranch dressing mix



Scrub potatoes and cook in a 375 degree oven until done (there are no hard spots when squeezed.)

Cut out the top of the potatoes and scoop out the inside. Mix the potato pulp and combine with remaining ingredients.

Spoon the mixture back into the skins. Warm and serve.
