Two arrested due to inappropriate photo

Employees at a photo lab in Douglas County last week called deputies after they developed a naked photo of a 14-year-old girl.

Douglas County sheriff’s deputies investigated the case and arrested two Stateline residents, Justin Martin, 18, and Tyeson Collester, 21, last Wednesday on suspicion of using a minor in production of pornography.

“It looks like it was a one-time incident,” said Sgt. Tim Minister. “We searched the house and there was nothing to indicate they were involved in a pornography ring or that more than one female was involved.”

Minister said the three people involved were friends. If convicted of the charge, a felony, Martin and Collester could be sentenced to a maximum of five years to life in prison.
