Two arrests made in CVS Pharmacy robbery

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – South Lake Tahoe Police arrested two men in connection with a Dec. 27 robbery of the CVS Pharmacy on Emerald Bay Road.

Kyle Shannon, 22 and Stuart Miller, 22 were arrested and charged with robbery.

Both Shannon and Miller have also been charged with a robbery that happened at Stateline area home Dec. 16.

Police believe Shannon and Miller entered the CVS store and passed a note to pharmacy employees demanding certain prescription medications. Police have not released the type and amount of medications

A follow-up investigation by the local narcotics task force and police department led to Shannon’s arrest. He was booked into the El Dorado County jail.

Miller turned himself in to the El Dorado County jail Monday.
