Unity at the Lake’s spiritual leaders, Revs. Stew and Hillary Bittman, were ordained as interfaith Ministers in Riverside Church in New York City on June 9.

The ordination was came after two years of attending the International Seminary for Interfaith Studies.

“Unity honors all paths to Spirit and the Reverends Bittman have always weaved the richness of many traditions into their Unity teachings,” a press release stated. “They believe this ordination will deepen and broaden their understanding and teaching of the universal truths all faiths profess so that others can experience what is at the heart of all faiths: love.”

Unity at the Lake’s Sunday Celebration, which includes a positive and inspiring message, beautiful contemporary music, and affirmative prayer and meditation, begins at 10 a.m. at 1195 Rufus Allen Blvd. There is also a Sunday meditation from 9-9:30 a.m.
