Upper Kingsbury condo development goes before planning commission today
A 52-unit condominium development on the East side of Tramway Drive north of Jack Circle in the Upper Kingsbury area will be discussed at today’s meeting of the Douglas County Planning Commission.
The meeting begins at 1 p.m. at the Douglas County Commission Room in the county’s administrative building, 1616 Eighth Street in Minden.
Nanuk Real Estate owner Jack Sievers is requesting a zoning map amendment to build the multi-family residential complex. Commissioners may recommend approval, approval with modifications or denial of the request.
