Jill Mueller, an impressionist watercolorist and art educator, has donated an original watercolor, “The Nipple,” to benefit the work of the Tahoe Art League. The drawing for the art will be at the Autumn Art Expo to be hosted by the Horizon Casino Resort Oct. 1 and 2 from noon to 9 p.m.

Mueller’s extensive art education, coupled with her love of nature, has led to a successful painting and teaching career. Visit http://www.ladyjill.com to learn more about Mueller watercolors, classes, exhibits and galleries.

Chances for this painting, as well as art by Dave Russo, Bonita Paulis and Phil Stevenson are available at the TAL Art Center, 3062 Lake Tahoe Blvd., and at the Showcase Gallery at Ski Run Center near the Red Hut.

The Autumn Art Expo is free to the public, offering hundreds of pieces of art, photos, sculpture and the works of fine artisans. Meet the artist receptions from 4-8 p.m. both evenings, featuring live piano jazz by Vince Crudele, refreshments, hand-painted wine glasses, prizes and the final drawing for this art.
