Lake Tahoe weather: Sunny, warm conditions for Labor Day weekend

The holiday weekend looks like it will be just about perfect, according to the most recent forecast from the National Weather Service.
Sunny conditions with high temperatures ranging from the mid 70s to the low 80s are in store for the basin during the three-day weekend, according to the service. Calm winds of 5 mph are in store for the weekend.
Friday’s high temperature will reach 74 degrees in South Lake Tahoe and 72 degrees in Incline Village.
Those figures will creep closer to 80 degrees through the weekend, with Monday’s high reaching 82 degrees in South Lake Tahoe and 81 degrees in Incline Village.
