Wedding and Honeymoon Association meets Wednesday

The Lake Tahoe Wedding and Honeymoon Association will conduct its December meeting and holiday party beginning at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Embassy Suites in Stateline. The association has been productive since 1994 and is a great source to network. The association also takes part in various fundraising efforts for groups such as the Tahoe Arts Project and will be collecting gifts for two families in need at the event.

The association comprises 112 members of the business community interested in banding together to promote the wedding industry on the South Shore. Members include wedding coordinators, top restaurants and catering companies, hair and makeup salons, photographers, musicians and high-tech DJs, ministers and anyone who can provide the elements to a perfect wedding and honeymoon experience.
