Push Fitness will host a community fundraiser for Susie Rizk on Friday. The gym will offer three spinning classes for a $5 donation per class. If you would like to sponsor a bike for $50 or $100, the gym will display your name on the bike during the week of the fundraiser.

Class times will be at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. There will be prizes for each class as well as a silent auction from 4:30 to 7 p.m. The fundraiser will be open to members and nonmembers. All proceeds go to Suzie Rizk.

Dance theme is black and white

Tahoe Dance Band invites everyone to a Black & White Dance from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Friday at the South Lake Tahoe Senior Center, 3050 Lake Tahoe Blvd. Those who wish may wear black, white or a combination.

It is not necessary to come as a couple. There will be mixers to see that everyone has a chance to dance. Admission is $6 and includes appetizers, wine and desserts. Call Francine at (530) 541-8380 or Arline at (775) 588-6997.
