Participants will learn how to bring flavorful, imaginative, contemporary pizzazz to their own kitchen as they watch Nordin work her magic. Everyone will have an opportunity to ask questions and enjoy a sumptuous meal prepared right before their eyes. Each class includes hand-on instruction and preparation for a four-course meal. Selecting the right beverage can be tricky and Nordin will share her insights for serving the perfect alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to complement each meal.
