A pine needle basket class sponsored by the Lake Tahoe Historical Society will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the museum, on Lake Tahoe Boulevard between the South Lake Tahoe Senior Center and the Art Building and Visitor Center.

Audrey Frank, a Washoe/Piute artisan, will be the instructor. To reserve a place in the class, call Lynne at (530) 541-8526.

The Tahoe Douglas Seniors will hold their monthly membership luncheon meeting Wednesday. The lunch will begin at 11:45 a.m. at Harrah’s Convention Center in Stateline.
