What’s Happening- Lion’s Club holds rummage sale

The South Shore Lion’s Club will have its annual rummage sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, June 17, in the parking lot of the South Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce on U.S. Highway 50.

The Lions invite anyone who has items worthy of sale and would like to donate them to the club to bring them to the sale. To arrange to drop items off before the day of the sale, contact Rich Dart at (530) 577-8541 or Tom and Wes Deputy at (530) 544-1702.

Do your father a favor this Father’s Day by helping him clean out the garage and donating all the good stuff that’s collecting dust to a cause that will benefit the community. All money collected goes to charity programs, such as Lions in Sight and community aid.
