House music is the star at The Loft this weekend, with performances from both Worthy and option4 on Saturday, March 10.

“With an in-depth knowledge of production, mixing and performance, Worthy has the insight to play for his audience, cultivating intense positive energy on the dance floor.

“From salty aired islands to dark club basements, over the past 10 years Worthy has paid reverence to the traditional form of classic house while tripping off the mark and sinking into the euphoric less-charted territories of booty-clapping bass,” states the artist’s Facebook biography.

Worthy is joined by Colorado-based artist option4.

“option4 is a house music warrior. With releases on Ninja Tune, Nurvous, Club Sweat and more besides, his music packs a significantly bigger punch than your average house cut, incorporating tribal rhythms, intricate melodies and fierce low-end to produce a style that is never short of mesmerizing,” states option4’s Facebook biography.

Together, the two will put on a show that is sure to have all members of the audience up on their feet and dancing.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to attend the gig, which begins at 10 p.m.

Tickets cost $20, and are available online via http://www.thelofttahoe.com (where additional information is found).

The Loft is located at 1001 Heavenly Village Way.
