Young readers eligible to receive free burgers

Readers ages 4 to 12 are eligible to receive free In-N-Out burgers through the Cover to Cover Club reading program at Douglas County Public Library.

The program will take place through April 13. Young readers must fill out a file card at a branch of the Douglas County Public Library to enroll in the program. They will earn an achievement award redeemable for an In-N-Out hamburger for every five books they read at their reading level. Each participant may earn up to three certificates. Children too young to read on their own may have a parent read to them.

The Cover to Cover Club is a joint program between the library and In-N-Out Burger.

The Douglas County Public Library is located at 1625 Library Lane in Minden, Nev., and 233 Warrior Way in Zephyr Cove, Nev. For more information, visit, or call 775 782-9841.
